Gee THANK YA! Such a very very crazy long way (even though I have so much more to accomplish with my fitness). hula hoop dance 30 mins+ everyday, no soda, raw smoothies, lunges, squats, umm mostly hula hoop helped a lot. Not to mention I’m a waitress and I run a lot of work, always on my feet.
Hopefully about to gogo dance, pole dance, aerial silk & hoop, and bellydance…
Ya know…Fun sultry classes!! lol
